Fes Taylor has been affiliated with the Wu since the 90's. Anyway the story goes, that it was put on hold because it might have made the situation even more tense at the time. In other words, this was going to be in the hidden vaults forever. However, after Joe Budden's latest BlogTV show, the song is being released.
