South Jersey/Vineland…Close to Philadelphia.

3. What it is like to be the youngest artist on Roc-A-Fella ?
It’s fun being around the Roc, whether it be working or chilling. They encourage me to do my best, and stay focused.

4. Who is an Artist that has inspired you and why?
My Dad is my biggest inspiration. He was in a gospel group that traveled around the world (Spirit) and I saw the impact that it had on him and it made me love music. At the age of nine, I started singing and realized that is what I wanted to do.

5. Name your favorite song by a Roc-A Fella artist?
Jay-Z - “I Just Wanna Love You (Give it to Me)”

December 7, 1988

7. What is your Favorite Food?
Shrimp

8. What is it like working with Jay-Z?
It’s great, every time we see each other he always tells me how proud he is of me, and that really encourages me, and makes me feel good, to hear that from someone who is a veteran in this business.

9. What things do you like to do when you aren't performing?
Basketball is my second love, if I wasn’t singing I would be playing basketball.

11. What things do you look for in a girl?
Her mind has to be right, she has to have goals and ideas about what she wants to do in life.

So far I’ve done a song with Young Chris of Young Guns/State Property, and I’m working on doing songs with Memphis Bleek and Jay-Z.

14. How did you get discovered by Roc-A-Fella?
I was working on “Can I Holla,” and Saddiq heard it and called Jay-Z right on the spot. The next day, I was performing for Dame and they were impressed with what they heard and I got a deal.
