^he probably would, but it's bullshit no matter how you look at it.as long as you don't physically touch the opposing team, or kill a fan, i think you should LEGALLY be allowed to do anything you want to celebrate a touchdown.it would be fun to watch, brings some more life to the game.remember when TO was a 49er, scored & ran to the big star in the middle of the Cowboys stadium? that shit was classic a FUCK!

I think when ESPN did a poll on it, most fans thought it was entertaining. Especially because Ochocinco never really did it to show up the other team...just as entertainment. Yeah, when TO did that it was pretty funny. But it was even funnier when George Teague knocked his ass off the star lol
another related rule states: you cannot do a celebration with the ball as a prop.

You know its real. Even down here in SD I havent heard one Charger fan say that the call wasnt bullshit. On ESPN radio they even made the comment that you wont see that called again, especially to have the play OVERTURNED LOL. If it happens to the Patriots, we'll see a rule change next year. But hey, youre a niner fan...youre the one team that can make us feel good about our QB situation
