Cole Minor Brings "Preliminary Hearings" To Dubcnn - By : Rud - September 28, 2009

Working under the consultation of Shade Sheist and PYO Entertainment International, Vancouver Canada-based artist Cole Minor drops his debut digital release "Preliminary Hearings" through Dubcnn, as an introduction all leading up to his self-titled debut album in 2010.

Having spent time Growing up in a family of working musicians, Cole Minor lived in the Bay Area as a teen and young adult and the Cali influence can be recognized in his lyrical style. However with many of the tracks reflecting the golden-era of eastcoast rap, the project takes on a unique sound of it's own.

Cole Minor was featured on the intro track to Shade Sheist's recent release "Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind - Canada Edition" which was made available on Dubcnn for download and to stream. We have his debut digital release "Preliminary Hearings" for free download below.

When we spoke to Shade Sheist about the new project he told explained; "This Cole Minor release is the first in PYO's International releases and the beginning of a movement I plan to stretch this entire planet. With the Worldtapes, my International releases from others and my own projects.. I'm working to be the 1st International Westcoast Indie Label of its kind and stature.. reaching farther than any others.. and without any help from the Majors."
