thats really what determines the quality of the plant.  if you know what your doing you can grow some bomb shit and "out-grow" some indoor planted by a novice.

most shit in cali is from indoor.  even if it was a strain that thrived outside, a grower can just mimic the conditions in his grow room for better looking plants and less chance of mold or insects getting to the crop.
