93.5 kday is back!

they started off playing classic rap then somewhere along the line completly switched format to nothing but new hip hop and r&b, that's when I stopped listening, now if you check it out they're playing classic shit. Dr. Dre, Snoop, I heard classic LL cool j yesterday, Ice Cube steady mobbin'.

Yeah they switched back to classic hip hop back in August.  The station format that has been a long time coming....old school for our generation!

We gotta get the word out. Maybe if it gets a lot of listeners they will put more classic hip hop stations on, instead of me being stuck with 3 "urban" stations that play the same 10 rap and r&b songs all day long while I'm riding through the bay.

I always wondered why they don't mix classic shit with the new stuff, like if you listen to the rock stations they play nirvana, alice in chains, ozzy, metallica, death cab for cutie, new afi.. it's all old shit mixed in with the new. they should do this for rap stations too.
