just like how Dre isn't considered the best producer anymore.

Game isn't a good songwriter ? He might not be a good hook singer but other than that his songwriting has been on point since The Doc. Sure, sometimes he's annoying with the random name drops but he stays on topic, is a really good storyteller, knows the difference between a mixtape and album joint and let's not forget that he has a great ear for production too.

I guess it's a matter of opinion.  I should say he's quite hit or miss with his song writing abilities (it's only natural to be so).  I love his writing on Bang Along.  I don't like his writing on Let Us Live - what is this track about?  Do the choruses and verses really add up?   I don't think they do hence I don't like the song.  It's odd because I think one of the better written tracks on LAX was Ya Heard.  Beat was banging, Game was on point with the lyrics in relation to the song content and Ludachris was fire.

Not true, that he is not a great writer. You are tripping dude! Doctor's Advocate is the best Westcoast rap album in a while and he had no Dre. Your LAX views are biased as well...those are great songs but DIRECTION for the album lacked like someone said earlier. He brought something new to the table with each album. However, I think his name should have been Documentary. That's what he does best, document classic moments in hip hop history and that is not appreciated as much as it should be. Namedropping is much better than biting a line or two.
