Farve at his best?
« on: November 29, 2009, 03:51:42 PM »
24 TDs; 3 picks.

for a guy who hold the record for most picks ever, that's pretty monsterous.

imagine this guy had a team of this talent around him his whole career? :o

this guy might grab another ring in his 40's; what a beast! 8)

Give that team to any HoF QB and you'd see the exact same thing.

I think Tom Brady at 40 could do that.

I didn't say he'd do it in style, but he'd dink and dunk his way to 24 TDs no problem. With AP back there and that o-line, no problem.

Not sold on the Colts yet. The Vikes will only be stopped in New Orleans if they get stopped there. I could see the Cards getting an upset over NO, but not against Minn, and the Packers, Cowboys, Eagles, or Giants get killed going into Minnesota.

i want the Cowboys to shock the NFC & they have the talent to do it.

if that offense gets under control & the defense can hold a team to 17; i'd love to see it happen.

Cowboys/Steelers would be an awesome Super Bowl. 8)

but it should be Saints/Vikings vs. Colts/Pats; in which case i'd have to pull for Farve. 8)

I might even be pulling for Favre in that situation. But nothing drives me more than shutting up people that like Brady over Manning, and only more rings on Peyton's hand will do that.

He's playing great, but he doesn't have those kind of numbers without AP behind him.

Tom brady's #s aren't shit without Moss and Welker

PEyton MAnning's #'s are not the same without Reggie Wayne

Warner isn't gonna have the same #'s without Fitzgerald

ying and the yang

and by the way, did you notice how Peterson fumbles way too much?  he's like Tiki before Coughlin came to NY

That's what they said about Harrison. The only thing I count on in Indy is Peyton Manning. I guarantee that when Reggie's time is the up the next #1 in Indy will come out of nowhere, be nothing special before Peyton, and still get a shitload of credit. Whether that'll be Gonz, Garcon, or Collie, or someone new I don't know.

And that's not dick sucking. That's just saying that Wayne is good, but Moss or Fitz he is not, and that's more a size thing than anything. Give Wayne 3 inches and 25 pounds and maybe he'll make Andre Johnson look like shit. But Peyton Manning's never had an Andre Johnson, and if he ever gets one you better look out.

^we've heard.

it doesn't have to be Andre Johnson, it could be the return of Brandon Stokley & make him the number 1 & he would still be the best.

we know, he's a god from another planet who has blessed our sport of Football.

if he wanted to play cornerback, he would be a shutdown; if he wanted to play linebacker, he would stuff the run better than anyone.

if he felt like playing in the NBA, he would lead the league in scoring.
