The 213 Demo Tape - Has this really dissapeared?

So, from what I understand, Snoop Warren and Nate were selling a demo tape around 89-91. And supposedly, it was classic. However, needless to say, it has not leaked to the internet.

I feel like there is no way that NOBODY has this. There has to be at least some hip-hop head out there who copped it in 91 and held onto it. Or is it that every copy has just kinda been lost?? Kinda interested to hear the story behind this one.

not sure they were selling tapes maybe distributed some but snoop is supposed to have the first 213 song "long beach is a motherfucker"

There's that track that leaked years ago and it was called "Demo Tape", Snoop Dogg and Warren G rappin on it no Nate Dogg though. I guess it's from the "Demo Tape" they made back in the day. I've heard a snippet of "Long Beach Is A Muthafucka" too, can't remember where i found it though.

I believe the long beach is a mutha snippet was originally ripped from the VH1 Behind the Music special on Snoop. So they must know someone with the demo... lol.

i can understand why it hasn't leaked though. If someone did have it, they'd prob want to be one of the few with it... but hey, if anyone did leak it I wouldn't complain...  

I did hear somewhere though, that the tape was classic. Like it made huge noise on the westcoast hip-hop scene, and that Snoop was one of the most respected underground acts at the time. For what it's worth, i guess dre really never heard snoops buzz, and didn't know about him till warren actually handed him the tape.

I used to have it in decent quality. It was around 4/5 tracks, and one featured The Outlawz & Dresta if I remember right, but god knows where it is now

The 213 demo track was put on westcoast2k years back by Jay. There's also a Snoopy demo as well, which goes earlier than the 213 demo
