Cowboys need it more because the possibility of playing Philly in Philly in January is a dreadful one. That being said I'm not sure who wins. The NFC sure has changed. The six teams will be New Orleans, Minnesota, Philly, Arizona, Dallas, and Green Bay, and any one of those teams can beat each other in he playoffs except for Arizona in the cold weather which can only happen if Philly wins this week and they both go to the NFC Championship.

The only two teams I see in the SB for the AFC are the Colts or Chargers.

Stupid Q, but is the SB played on neutral ground?

It's hosted somewhere different every year. The location is decided on MUCH in advance. The only way a team can be "home" if is by coincidence, the city hosting the super bowl sees its team make it all the way. Not sure it's ever happened though? (not in recent memory at least)

Its usually somewhere hot like Miami, TB, etc.

Surprising/shocking like Jets make and win the Super Bowl? Because if that happens I believe either Jim Caldwell or Bill Polian could run for, and have a chance at winning, mayor of New York City. Either one easily would have Cham's vote.
