He's a true leader on and off the field. If at the very least he molds some of the next defensive captains of the Raiders he's worth the draft picks he was traded for. Young players need vets to learn from. If those vets can do it while still their that's great, but if the team doesn't get better until after they leave don't think those vets didn't have a big part in it. Every great player once had a great vet that helped mold them. There's a strong chance they are being molded right now in Oakland.
