Very few rappers can break out of the predictable formula. They're mostly either ripping off their old music or somebody else's new shit.
An artist needs to stay fresh and relevant to sell. Theyre just trying to do that. Problem is...there is a difference between being fresh and relevant and still keeping your own integrity and sound...and then just changing your own sound to chase a sale when it really isnt something you can pull off.

True, most of the time there changing the sound and chasing a sale when there replicating what someone else has done. If they want to change there sound thats cool, but at least make something thats there own sound like mike dean did with daz and kurupt on dillinger and young gotti.
