The question isn't which West Coast artists want to work with C-Toones on a mixtapes, but rather who would Toones get down with on a mixtape?

What he does takes a lot of work and effort, it's not just a mixtape you throw a bunch of tags on and put out there. It's hard work and he's very picky over who he works with. He did Westurn Union, I was happy when he told me he's doing Kokane. But don't expect Toones to start doing these mixtapes for random artists coming out.
