Who was the other Death Row Blood onstage at the '95 Source Awards?

I don't know if this has been asked before, but I never realized it until just now, as I've been watching The Source Awards DVD.  I know that Dre, Daz, Kurupt, Lady of Rage, Sam Sneed, Nate Dogg, DJ Quik and Snoop all performed, but I noticed that the very left prison cell stage prop had a red rag tied to the bars but it contained someone who didn't perform, as Quik was in the cell second from the right (next to the cell where a life-sized cardboard cutout of 2Pac was).  Who was the Death Row affiliate in it?  The images of the person are generally brief and blurry, as I can't even tell if the guy is bald or not.  Someone from O.F.T.B. perhaps?

Does anyone have any idea as to which artist (or affiliate) was the person in question?  Or am I just going to get dickhead responses all night?
