Nipsey has earned steady buzz from tastemakers, industry executives, hip-hop fans, and bloggers alike, and currently, he is hard at work on his highly anticipated debut for Cinematic/Epic.

Whenever music is played on the radio, TV, movies, etc. they have to pay a fee to BMI or ASCAP and then they pay that money to the owners of the music.

So now that he has this deal all his samples can get cleared and the album can be released. Sounds like a 4th quarter release is in store for Nipsey. Gotta say, the stuff hes done with JR have come out great.
