On some tracks, he SPAZZES. Wait 'til you hear his revised verse to "Bounce, Rock, Skate." I loved the "Intro" too - just straight spitting, minus a hook or any other distractions. On others, I found him to be in more "superpowered iguana skate the Golden State" mould. Then again, some people love that "frenzied"-style Kurupt - I see "In Gotti We Trust" is getting a solid reception here.

As the rating should suggest, I am confident that new-era and veteran fans alike will enjoy the album. I certainly did, and found it to feature some of his best work in years.

I know what Kurupt can bring, but does Mr. Martin put together a solid album and is there good chemistry between them?

Beats keep it cohesive - as you know, the majority of Streetlights is produced by Terrace. Like I said, he's one of Kurupt's biggest champions, so you know he's not gonna give him leftovers. Each track really does seem catered to the lyrics and theme.

cool review - I like your writing style, however I would say it is too elegant for the audience in this case.

I've listened to the album too and wouldn't of rated it as high..

I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

I'm Burnt and Yessir were both solid songs and album highlights. I was a bit disappointed some of the tracks on the 420 mixtape were a lot better than Streetlight tracks.

Factors that took away from the album:

1.) Whisper Flow (I really wish he would give that flow up.. I guess we're lucky he's stayed away from that flow on DPG tracks)

2.) Terrance Martin (A bit overhyped producer.. should of been more variety in production and only true stand out production was Burnt)
