Whats The Fastest Download-Speed You Ever Reached?

at my university we god the fastest internet currently avaiable...


my fastest download speed is 6.01mb/s ==> 6150kb/s ...

it took 2 min to download a 700mb dvd rip movie...

btw.. my university have 100mbit up & downstream witch means that the potential speed is 10'000kb/s both ways ... the highest upload speed i reached so far is 3000kb/s.. but thats only because the guy couldnt get it faster

bout 25kbs, lol ya'll lucky! supposed to have 128kbs cable. shoulda it go any faster does anyone know?

3.3 meg per second on my cable modem. When I was at ball state on thier ethernet, I got up to 2.7 once. Not quite near the 6 meg level.

I-Bo thats fucking crazy man. I'd kill to have a connection like that.

At my university the fastest i ever got was 1mb/sec and i was shiting my pants coz i couldn't belive it.

Lol, I think I would have fainted if i saw a download speed of 6mb/s. I got a friend who works at an IT company and they offer cable connection to other ppl, and i remember him talking about how fast it was but I can't remember if it was as fast as yours.

Dats crazy.

my university is providing us with laptops (1.4GHz P4, 256mb ram, 30 gb hd)... i have 900mb left on the computer... lol.. i have around 15 movies to watch
