I have to give him his props for doing that, I don't know if I would if I were his original weight. That's dedication, and if it's bringing in big bucks, you can't really hate on it. Some of it is make-up and everything, but he definitely looks the part.  If it wasn't for a movie, he done caught something.    That's crazy.

That said, its pretty amazing that he said he accomplished this in 9 weeks. He seems to have lost a ton of muscle mass since he wasn't fat to begin with. He must've gone off the steroids and went on the Hollywood girl diet. Clearly this is for a movie role, since usually someone's goal would be to go FROM looking like a cancer patient TO looking like 50, not the other way around.

1. This isn’t unusual if you’re attempting to be a serious actor.

2. While it’s unhealthy I don’t think it’s as bad as any of you think. Especially since he has a professional personal nutritionist who’s job is to help him gain and lose weight healthier.

3. He has make-up on to make him appear as a person with cancer. Hence, if you remove the make-up he wouldn’t look as ill or close to death.

That shows this guy gives 110 percent in whatever category of work he's involved in..

Is is very possible to do this, and the regimen he said he went on to do it makes that very believable..

and compared to most of the hollywood actors who u see bulk up or tone down massively from one movie to the next, I bet 50 did it twice as fast..
