The Lakers starting 5 is just deadly. With West, Worthy, and Shaq coming off the bench, nobody is fuckin' with them. 8)

I think what helps Boston is that for as great as that 80's team was, most of them would come off the bench. Both franchises have DEPTH! Lakers might win on size.

Lakers are clearly better, I mean Russell was the shit but come on now with Jabbar, Wilt and Shaq it's just not fair

lol Garnett is a show in for HOF.  Are you seriously gonna tell me that James Worthy was a a better player throughout his career then KG was? And Ray Allen is one of the best shooters the leagues ever seen.  You could argue against Allen making the list, but not KG. The ONLY argument I can make for KG not being on this list...is the fact that the prime of his career was in Minnesota.

With the way Garnett playing today, I don't have a good feeling including him in a CELTICS all-time team. In a "team of the decade", maybe, Celtics - no.

I was thinking that. Though if Boston wins this series, and KG comes back big, you could make an argument. But I saw plenty of KG in person over the years, and the KG now is not as great as the Minnesota KG, but his a damn good player. I added Pierce on Boston and Kobe on LA as the only current players, both have earned their spot among the greats in their franchise.
