Its not on R.E.D., its a mixtape / buzz single. But if Game sets the West Coast back 5 years that would make it 2005...same year The Documentary dropped. Sounds like a good thing to me Set us back 5 years Game!
Surprisingly I have yet to hear one song from Game's new album, I hear this new Shake it track, and after he says a line like "When I get a burger I want an extra large SHAKE", I just turn off the radio and went back to the CD I was playingI support Game but if this is what RED is all about then he will set the westcoast back 5 years with this album
Shake might not rhyme like more traditional hip-hop but it's creative and tells a story while being fun. It's the best track he's released that's came from the R.E.D recording sessions. Red Room was mostly unlistenabe and while It Must Be Me is entertaining and Game's vocals are on point, it's not as fun as Shake. Big Money & Krazy were okay tacks. The JT track & that Jim Jonsin produced track isn't memorable as I can't even recall their names. I honestly don't care if the track rhymes. I actually though Game was heading into a better direction based on Shake. It was fine story telling. It was entertainment. It didn't feel forced nor did it feel fake. It managed to capture Game's comical side while allowing him to be true to his marketed gangsta image. Basically, if it's dope, it's dope and I thought it was.
