album is just so corny, the more you  listen to it the more you realize there is NO substance in the album

Actually, the more I listened, the more substance I found that the album had. It's lost some replay value though, I haven't bumped a song in over 2-3 weeks.

But "Love The Way You Lie" is on the radio every 30 mintues; it's got so much buzz. Once they make the video for that, it'll sell even more.

I wonder if he'll make a "Refill" kind of thing for "Recovery" & re-release the album with some extra songs..wouldn't put it past Interscope.

Eminem's not made a good album for about 6/7 years for me, but I have to say Recovery was a definite improvement on his last 2/3 efforts. Thats not to say I loved it, but it had some genuinely good tracks on it.

I'd say it was half and half. Some good, some bad. Which is better than just 100% terrible like his last few efforts were.

As much props ive given to No Love, the album will never go 5 times platinum no matter how huge that joint would be.

Dude aint sold 2 million yet, yes the numbers are amazing for todays day and age and with a few more hits and a long period of time, he'll possibly the 3 plat mark but even 4 milllion would be unbelievable in todays market and i can't see him hitting them numbers. 5 plat...aint happening.

5 all the way through to diamond is still achievable in todays market, it's just that Hip Hop in mainstream is terrible. Not just Hip Hop, but a lot of genre's IE Rock, and Classical are being over-run by teeny boppers that the younger market are more privious to download, and test first

EDIT: Sold 309,000 in four weeks. Def on course for multi plat. Relapse took ages to go plat and it was only cause of Refill it did but this is back to normal Em sales.

Why? I thought the production was great. Relapse sounded like he just grabbed a cd of Dre beats and wrote some random shit to it. This one is nice. I don't like how there's like 3-4 depressing / heartbreak songs in a row towards the end. He should've replaced 2 of them with "Session One" and "Ridaz".
