Emoni, daughter of Tha Dogg Pound's Daz Dillinger and neice of Snoop Dogg, has a sweet 16th birthday party planned like few others. Organized by Emoni's mother, fashion designer Kenya Ware and actress Vivica A. Fox, the Atlanta affair will take place August 14 at a private Buckhead hotel.

Expected guests are said to include rappers Ludacris and Waka Flocka Flame, as well as BET's Tiny & Toya, among others. Sponsors for the event include Juicy Couture and Team Jordan.
