1-the Vikings really could have used more reps with that Favre guy before the year started

2-Sydney Rice is very important to this team

3-Saints really shaped up in the 2nd half

I think the Vikings are in good shape after this game.

You just played the defending Super-Bowl Champs in their house, got dominated & you only walked out losing by five points.

Yeah, the Saints missed two very makeable FGs, but in the end considering they didn't have Rice & Favre has barely worked out during training camp, I think they are in good shape.

This isn't one of those games that dictate where the season is going to go, they are two powerhouses in the NFC, somebody had to lose.

Anyway, thank God the NFL season is finally here.

Both teams will be just fine. But the Vikings schedule is ridiculously tough. That scares me. But they are among the best so they should be OK.

The Vikings Run D lost this game. They looked like the Colts from a few years ago in the second half. New Orleans has no business pounding the ball like that on Minnesota. If this is is just a bad week then they'll be fine, but if the new Vikes run D looks like this all season then good luck.
