I read one time in the 90's that a person left early during a no hitter. Dude next to him asked,' Why are you leaving?' He said,'Who wants to watch a no-hitter? ' Kent Mercker did succeed in the no hitter against the dudgers. No-hitters are rare & part of history. I'd like to see that.
