So the Seahawks get Marshawn Lynch for a 4th round pick? You'd think the Colts could have used a power back for a oh I don't know a third round pick?
It's a great thing that didn't happen.  Besides, they don't need Lynch.  They got Peyton & the receivers.  And also they run more at home in the 1st quarter.  They were once division rivals, best to trade Lynch to the opposite conference.  Some comments on week 5.
I called it right on 1 of my predictions Raiders will beat the Fraudgers this season & break that streak.
Green Bay f'ed up in the 1st or 2nd quarter when they went for 4th down inside the 5 with a 7-0 lead, they deserve to lose.
Is that the real Giants team sunday or they're still the ones who got whooped by the Dolts & Titans?
Lions got their payback on the Rams.
And I knew the Chiefs were frauds.
Not much 2 talk about cause of the teams that got byes.  I just hope the Vikings can get outta their funk & win the rest of their games.

tb beating cinci
skns beating GB
giants blowing out houston
titants beating dallas
cardinals beatign saints\
raiders beating sd
im even suprised that 49ers lost to my eagles

and for the record, kolb shut people up by playing a solid game, he's still got a lot to improve on but at least he's calmed down the hostile impatient eagles fanbase, im still ot sure how long vick is out for (shady mccoy played with broken ribs) but this is great practice for him

oh, tonight should be a fucking interesting showdown, ill take minnestota just cause i cant see them being 1-3,

oh and sterger is daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn sexy

Damn, I just checked the Chiefs schedule. If they woulda won today, they would of had a decent chance of going undefeated for the season lol. What a joke of a schedule; this was the most difficult task & naturally they lost it.

I hope they take the West & play the Jets, Ravens & Steelers in the playoffs. Then we'll all see how average they are.

Well their average defense held Manning's Colts at home after a crushing loss to 1 TD, while your top 5 Titans D let the Cowboys score nearly 30 and let Felix Jones get his first 100 yard game in a long time.

Nothing is average about Crennel's defense, and you'd be sucking his cock if he were on your team. All the cheifs need is a WR to stretch the field just a bit and not drop balls and it'll make up for that horrible o-line. When you can't move the Colts off the line you're in real trouble.

A few points to make about the Chiefs....

-I'm not going to totally argue Cham's point that they are just an average team that could make the playoffs on a weak schedule.  I actually think he's right, and if the Chiefs make the playoffs and then get their ass kicked by the Stealers, Kansas City will still be celebrating.  Because after Herm's 2 win season a couple years ago, it looked like the Chiefs were in jeopardy of ending up like the Kansas City Royals.  But if Piloli and the coaching staff have brought us back to average, then as a Chiefs fan I will take it.

-now as to what Shallow was saying.  I definitely appreciate your support and confidence in the Chiefs.  I think they definitely should of gone after another receiver in the off-season, but maybe Piloli wanted to wait and see what happens with collective bargaining before he signs a big name next year.  I don't think it will be Randy Moss or Vincent Jackson, because the Chiefs believe strongly in leadership, and most of their team is made of guys who were team captains on their college teams.

Btw, I wouldn't call their O-Line horrible, because they were able to keep those star ends of the Colts off of Matt Cassel on Sunday, and Jamaal Charles barely missed rushing for 100 yards.  I think he had 90-something.  As a team they were well over 100.

...and as for Crenell's defense, it was awesome yesterday, one of the broadcasters made a comment that he hadn't ever seen Manning so angry and frustrated in a game.

Top five defense? LOL. & even if the Chief's defense is above average (they do have two really nice young corners & Eric Berry is the shit), the offense still won't put up more than 7 against the Steelers, Ravens and Jets.

& you can't just take one good defensive game against the Colts & use that as a strong sample. Sometimes games are just low-scoring and sloppy or the offense isn't clicking. People have off days.

My bad. I had you confused with Lunatic the Titans fan. The KC D has shown some solid shit for 4 games now and keep in mind they are average around 14 ppg with an offense that loves going 3 and out. There's no telling what they can do if the offense gives them more time to rest in between series.

I still have faith in Wies and Cassel. Remember the 08 year they sat on their hands with Cassel in the beginning before letting him a little loose. But Dwayne Bowe needs to make some plays when his number is called. That's not Cassel's or the OC's fault.

And Infinite, 100 on the ground isn't good enough against the Colts when you have two backs like JC and Jones. And Haley never should have tried that FG. 50 yards is way too far to risk. Go for it on 4th and see if you can at least get a 1st down and better position. Haley made a few bad choices. They are a nuts and bolts team. The onside kick and the going for it on 4th down early was 6 points total that would have changed this game. Because 12-16 is a lot different than 9-19 with two minutes to go. If the Chiefs played a little more Marty ball they would have at least stood a chance at a win on the last drive. I think they've learned their lesson though, and I fully expect them to eat up the Texans next week.

Your right about Cassel, I think his team let him down on a few plays.

And yeah, they still needed more on the ground then what they got.  Haley did play "Marty Ball" in the way that he tried to win with running and defense, but when it came to taking risks he was all over the place and un-Marty-like.  By the way, Shottenhiemer is my favorite coach of all time, I love that guy.

baltimore IS the BEST team in the NFL. And they have the best overall stats out of all teams this season thus far. I don't see it changing either...next two teams they play is NWE & BUF- they can beat both them and then a BYE week. well needed rest to come back and beat up on the rest of a schedule that favors them. Not to mention, Ed Reed should be back against NWE. If they stay healthy, they are going to win the SB. no doubt. this is a complete team!

Exactly. You can't have your cake and eat it to by playing a safe run the ball stop the run and don't allow TDs and also try onside kicks and 4th down conversion when you're in FG range and it's 3-0. The Colts should be the type of team to try risks because they don't have any smashmouth style. The Cheifs have the grit to play safe and win. And with two minutes to and down 16-12 they may have wrapped that game up.

Charlie's gonna have to work around that o-line. You have to establish an up the middle play selection on the run and then draw up play action passes to the RB with blocks to open up the middle a bit.
