my guess is that his wife was already fucking his partner on the side way before any of this shit happened. for the story's sake i hope she didnt start up right after he was in the hospital
a lil bit of a slow episode that picked up at the end, with regards to the cheating wife, from this episode it seems that they only started fucking post zombies, with the whole 'you told me he was dead' thing. also, dude from boondock saints. i'm expecting next weeks to be dope as fuck and very action packed.

And they pretty much give the same reasoning in the comic as they did in the show. Initially, Lori is talked into leaving town by Shane with the explanation that Rick and the other patients in the hospital will be evacuated immediately following them, and then later she believes that Rick never made it out of the hospital alive. I thought this weeks episode was pretty good. This and last week have been a pretty big divergence from the comic in that there was never any big group from the camp in Atlanta, and so there was never anyone left on the rooftop and never any real need to go back into the city. I think it's made for a good story though.

I think it's made for a good story though. Even if she thought he was dead and even if Shane was the great hero, I still don't buy her lack of mourning. I know they hinted that they had problems, her and Rick, but that's so fast to start screwing around with the best friend, unless something had already been going on. I think it would have been better if they hadn't done anything yet but she was falling in love with him and maybe just as she's ready to move on and be with Shane, Rick returns. But whatever, it's not a major point for me, or any kind of deal breaker for the show.

The comic shows it more as a one time lapse of judgment on Lori's part that happens out of loneliness, and she regrets it even before she discovers Rick is still alive. Whereas the show has her still carrying on with Shane right up until Rick gets back to camp. While I really like the show, I wish they would have handled that part more like the comic.
Did any body read comics?I did.And I can imagine that they gonna kill one of the main characters soon. 1-6 ep - is it a full season?
Was I the only person that thought the finale was terrible?
