yo homie hitemup wasn't the first time pac talked about it. remember holla at me on all eyez on me? that was about big. and i'm not debating which is better. i said earlier that they really can't be compared because one opinion takes into account emotion of a song, and the other is more wordplay/lyrical. they're too different to compare. my debate was that he said none of this was real. of course it was about money. but everyone in hip hop admits that beef equals $$$$. i wouldn't expect faith to admit it, but pac said it happened, and so did BIG. but to be fair none of us can comment cuz we don't know. i do know this-big and pac are both dead. there is strong evidence showing that somehow suge was affiliated with his murder. to say that isn't real is crazy IMO. and i'm not denying pac was in over his head. but pac wasn't spouting off about some bull shit. i think there was shit there that no one knew about. i don't care whether it was just about moeny or something else, i think pac had a true disliking  for biggie and puff. maybe pac was jealous of them for some reason. suge hated puff with a passion, and didn't like big. it was a perfect combination. and suge definetly was whisperin in pacs ear. but it was some type of real shit because both of them are dead.

See that makes me even lose more respect for Pac. When people start sayin that it was Suge whispering in his ear. That just goes to show that he wasn't even callin his own shots... he was Suge's puppet. I honestly think that he started dissin Biggie cuz Suge talked him into it. LOL, that's weak... its like tha reason 50 gives for calling Ja Rule a Wanksta... cuz Ja Rule just talking shit cuz he gots certain people behind him and he thinks he can get away with it... Same thing with Pac.. Suge had him feeling safe.



And about U Better Holla At Me... That doesn't really matter cuz they both came out at tha same time. Holla At Me came out on All Eyez On Me, and Hit Em Up was on tha "California Love" single cd.. which was tha single for All Eyes On Me... That whole cd was full of disses to BIG... most fake IMO.



But still though... how can you really argue when 2pac himself says it was all business... after he almost finished Biggie's Carreer... he got all cocky... He didn't seem as angry... and he would just laugh saying how it was all business...

^^^sure big did it subliminal...he never gave pac the shine he wanted...so it wasnt a big huge deal for big...he lived his life without focus on pac...and like i said...pac got bigs sloppy seconds...that shit would make me laugh if my "enemie" went out and fucked my ex to make me jealous...cuz i already been there and done that...as for the death of big and pac...pac died(imo) for reppin shit he didnt know a damn thing about...for tryin to bang on real gz when he wasnt a g...thats why pac died...not cuz of some on wax beef with a rapper he also lived a studio thug life...im not sure about bigs death tho...i never put much thought into...probably just some moron pac fan thinkin big killed pac....

yo dude-i ain't arguin i do think suge was in pac's ear. i do think suge was fueling the fire. and i know you think its weak but look at how much money is involved. people will do anything for money. but i think there is more to it then anybody knows. why the fuck would suge want big to die if it was all for publicity? why would suge risk everything he has in order to have biggie killed? do you think its some strange coincidence that big came out to LA 6 months later only to be murdered? there is sooo much evidence to link him to big's murder. and you guys don't think that there was some serious shit goin on? suge is real fuckin g. and i think he had REAL beef with puff/big. don't know what it was, but i really believe he had somethin to do with biggie's death

I also agree Suge had something to do with Biggie's death. I think he had him killed. Those are just my thoughts though. Like I said... Real shit happened over some fake diss shit. All that was tha aftermath to Hit Em Up and tha other disses. 2pac started with tha fake disses... it escelated into real shit after that... and both of them ended up dead.


I dont think Suge had Biggie killed over Publicity... but in revenge for Pac's death. All tha bullshit got blown out of proportion and took 2 of tha greatest rappers ever.



But this whole thread is about tha better diss song ... and I'm just tryna point out that Hit Em Up doesn't qualify FOR ME cuz it seemed fake. And I was just tryna explain you why I felt it was fake.

For me the best disses are "Real Mutherfucking G's", "Its on" and "Dollers and sense"..


Oh and Chino served pac hard if u ask me, Pac should thank his lucky stars that he beefed with Biggie who didn't say squat. Had he had a beef with chino and hit em up was directed to chino, then chino would have made pac look like the laughing stock of rap.

I dont know about it being my favorite... definately one of my favorites. Up there with Dollaz N Sense and Dre Day. Both DPG's and Eazy's "What Would You Do's" were dope.  I love alot of tha Subliminal shit Biggie did with Pac. That Masta Ace diss to High & The Mighty... "And You Can't Spit Nigga, So You Obviously Must Swallow"... maybe not one of tha best but that was nice. West Coast Connection dissing Cypress Hill. Everlast's diss to Eminem... forgot tha name of it but damn... he got Em good. There's alot of good shit out there...but Real Muthaphukkin G's is probabaly top 5 material.



And yeah, 187um was tight... definately some of Eazy's best work. I can bump every song on that. But I think it's soo good because it's so short, he didn't put any fillers in there... kept it short but with dope.
