If we talking about lyrics and ability to spit some hot shit - Spice is a million fuckin' years ahead of Snoopy. I don't give a fuck if he's spitting to fruity loop beats or not, he still has that crazy flow instead of Snoop who have lost his dopeness on the mic a long time ago and now he just embarrass himself dropping Malice N Wonderland and other trash.

So I'll take Spice over Snoop anyday after listening to his cover of MJ's "Smooth Criminal" - he fuckin' murdered this shit

Well washed up as an artist to me means career in general.  Snoop can still flow, I guess he just has run out of shit to write about.  Snoop is a rap god and he still books shows, has mega-guest appearances (Katy Perry = $$$$ and recognition) and is a legend.

Tokyo to Thailand to Canada to Germany everybody knows who the fuck Snoop Dogg is.

EDIT: Plus you have to remember these guys grow up, just like "normal" people.  If Snoop acted like he is stuck in '93 he wouldn't be where he is at.  He has three kids, coaches a football league, etc. and doesn't fit the gangsta shit profile anymore.  I think he has adjusted pretty well.

Last I heard of Spice he still had some juice left I think he has lost his motivation with all these new suckas out. 

Snoop probably still have it too but we will never know, he's rich and no longer hungry.  As far as who put together better songs then I'll go with Snoop.

nah washed up literally that you have exhausted your talent, that you're running out of creativity and dopeness. it ain't about your career or your popularity in the show business.

Snoop is innovative but most of the times in a bad way, on Ego Trippin there was some interesting stuff but after that he became too sloppy. His last album has nonsensical tracks like "gangbangin' rookie" where he tries to revive the old formula but you can tell dogg has lost his bite.

but he needs to revive his career. His independent focus got way too sloppy, he needs to put himself out there like E-40 does. He is a legend in the rap game, I suppose he has connections from east to west, he needs to do more collabs like that one with OJ Da Juiceman, to introduce himself to the younger generations.

Spice 1 had great chemistry with Mike Mosley, Femi Ojetunde and G-Man Stan. Amerikkka'z Nightmare is my favorite album from him and G-Man Stan is all over it with his guitars.

IMO Spice's first 3 albums are classics, 1990-Sick is great and The Black Bossalini is very good. After that it was more inconsistent, but he graced us with classic tracks nonetheless. Thug Thang Y2k with PIMP C/BLACK C or Murder Man Dance with UGK are among my very favorite tracks from him.

Jayo is washed up. Nigga can't spit, never could. And Spice 1 is a million times better than Snoop. Snoop can't rap at all now. And Z Grade producers is better than whoever's producing songs like Wet My Fucn House.
