I don't think it looks that bad. I've seen some very sexy girls in real life that take horrible pictures (with make up). If this is the worst she can look, assuming the lighting makes it worse that it is, it's not that bad.

Take a picture like that of the most naturally beautiful girl you know and I bet most people that see the pic won't even think she's pretty.
