Of course I say this every time and they never do it, but if Peyton stays, he should demand this guy gets brought in. So if Bill Polian had listened to me he Colts would have had Bolden, Lynch, and Nmandi (next season).

But what do I know. Both Bolden and Lynch only proved themselves studs in the playoffs, while the Colts spend a killing re-signing Brackett who spent most of the year hurt and a non factor last night.

Im confident the Raiders will resign him. We are good about throwing tons of money at players.

It wont happen though. Unless Aso wants to take on a huge paycut from what the Raiders will offer him. The Raiders are on the rise right now, and if they throw him the kind of money they have in the past...it might be hard for him to go anywhere else. Al Davis loves Asomugha, he will probably do everything to keep him and Seymour. I'm more concerned that we wont be able to find a way to keep players like Gallery and Michael Bush.

I think players like Bush if they want more money can be replaced. McFadden is your guy right now and you can find backs like Jerome Harrison or Mike Bell for pretty cheap right now.

Yeah, I just love Bush. He can be a starter somewhere else. And I still am a little bit nervous about McFadden getting hurt. He missed a few games this last year again...and Bush filled in great.

the eagles completely wasted the pickup of harrison (well and bell until they released hiM?) i mean i know they were there as insurence, but i would have loved to see them help shady out and keep the kid fresh, on the other side i dont know what i am smoking, i am talking about entirely too much running game for the eagles. fucking reid

Aso has made his money - I think he wants to go to a winner.  Whether it's the Jets or not is the question....he already has said in several interviews he'd love to play with Revis.

lol the Raiders showed this year they arent too far from being a playoff team. Im sure no one would be shocked to see them in the playoffs next year. The Jets are a wildcard team, not exactly a great team. He isnt gonna go to a team that wont offer him the kind of money he deserves unless maybe it was some dominant team. He would only want to play with Revis...or another good Corner so that maybe some passes would come his way and he could have some opportunities at a few picks.
