well i think

its Kurupt, most  ppl.  prolly don agree, but he as a very good flow, he puts all his efforts into  it, nd its the most bangin artist rite now in the west, he just blows the trak up

thats too hard to decide...cuz u got so many areas that are different..few different genres...and alot of different views...its too hard to choose for me....id have to break it down

Northwest: Bosko...great producer...tight on the talk box..sings rather well...and aint half bad at rappin

Sac/Stockton etc: C-Lim...at the moment i think his album is the best out that area

Bay: E-40...still the most innovative...dropped a great album

Central Cali: Planet Asia...unfuckwitable

L.A.: real tough...but id have to go with.......Dub C...most consistent as of late...

San Diego: Damu...hes up n comin...real talented...

^^^yea i know guy....but its too hard...but if i had to choose...out of that list that i made...Dub C...thats a lil iffy but its the closest thing to the best on the west right now
