Above the Rim is probably the most classic album, especially since it had non-Death Row artists whose songs were also singles.

My personal favorite out of those was Gang Related though.

Gang Related has the best 3 songs of ANY of these soundtracks:  Made Niggaz, Starin Thru My Rearview and Life's So Hard


yes i know Rearview was also on Resurrection but it was first on Gang RElated


plus Gang Related had Get Yo Bang Onm, Locc Out hood and the Hollywood Bank robbery song.

I don't know but the first 2 joints on Murder Was The Case is unfuckable.

I've voted for MWTC for an obvious reason: it's the best :)

Seriously the flick was G'd up with Charlie Murphy in it, the song 21 jumpstreet was off the chizzy, Jewell, Quik dissin'  8, Natural Born Killaz  was untestable....94 was the year,

murder was the case is the best of a point of view quality but i would put gang related equal via quality/quantity
above the rim is definitly not one of my favorites too many r&b songs never listening more than the half of the cd
