No I dont think Mac Dre has ever worked with Knoc.

i was wondering that ame shit though, i hope he is cause i really like knocs potential, and i think with dre he'd have a chance to blow up.......also he's one of the few westcoast artists dre is working with

He planned on it.  I heard he might be going with Damizza's label Baby Ree.

Dre produced a few cuts for Knoc, which they are keeping under tight wraps, but I dunno if they're working on any new material..
