After Nate Dogg, T-Pain and Akon are the runners up.  Then Trey Songz, Bobby Valentino is dope and The Dream.

Johnny P (Did a lot of stuff with Do or Die is great) and don't sleep on Michael Marshall (did Luniz "5 on it" and Sleepy Santino "City That I Live In")

Ashanti can be decent on a hook and Avery Storm plus my favorite slept on hookster Charlie Wilson ("Signs" Mystikal's "Ghetto Fabolous")

And even tho they are front runners, Tyrese and TQ can drop dope hooks and so can Usher ("Long Night")
