I disagree, and have been very vocal about Kurupt on ha Row since he rejoined them a year ago.  He should make Daz, Snoop, and the rest of the DPGC crawl back to him.  Why?  lemme ask you, would you want to go back to a clique that has one member saying how much of a bitch he is for signing with Tha Row and making up bullshit rumors like he's MOB now and he's one of the Crips most wanted, and another member who has challenged you to fight on video?  Plus, he goes back to then DPGC, Snoop pushes him in his shadow again where Kurupt had been his whole career.  Kurupt needs to prove he can stand on his own without the DPGC, just like Snoop is trying to prove he can stand on his own without Dr. Dre.

And why should they look for another label when Suge's going to be out verysoon?  I was watching that interview wit Suge last night, and judging from it, the only reason he was arrested was because he didn't snitch on something he didn't know about.  And Kurupt accepted the job on VP of Tha Row so that he could run his own label (Triggaman/Frontline).  So by now Kurupt MUST know a thing or two about running a record label.  And Crooked I's song is going to be the first single from the soundtrack, and his album is going to be released in the late spring/early summer time frame.

goddamn its delayed again???...wasn't the release date jan 28th or some shit like that?...i hope they really drop this shit this summer...if it dosen't drop on summer..this album will never come out...hopefully suge won't fuck it up...again.

I'm glad they're at LEAST bringing this soundtrack out.  When the row brings something out, I always buy it, becuase it's always pretty good, and interesting.  Too gangsta for radio was the last thing they did, right? I mean, they did pac stuff, and snoop stuff, all of which sounded like old records from years ago.  I didn't get excited about any of those, or the dpg album.  Their last interesting album to me, was too gangsta for radio, and I thought it was a good album.  I'd be happy to see something like that, and a soundtrack album would probably be similar.

Danny Boy's website says he did a track with the Dramatics for the soundtrack and Im pretty sure Eastwood will be on it...

Danny Boy will be on it maybe - as he has been In the studio a few times. I don’t know about Eastwood though. From a business point of view I’m thinking they’ll add Crooked & Eastwood mainly because there gaining exposure from Murder Inc releases, it would be kind of stupid not to add the pair to the soundtrack. Ja Rule will be on it from what I’ve heard, never heard about Mary J Blidge though. This soundtrack could put tha row back into internet popularity where it might steadily burst into minor exposure from TV/Media. Above The Rim soundtrack done well directly due to the “Regulate” single from Warren & Nate. There is reason for tha row’s constant delay of “Say Hi To The bad Guy”. The reason is because there wanting Crooked I to be quite well known before the release of his debut – which would explain why he is going to have a single from the soundtrack. They’ve tried to add him to the Too Gangsta 4 Radio, dogg pound 2002 and he’s been on murder Inc Compilations. They even put a track out “So Damm Hood” to hit air waves, but it never caused a lot of heat, only some heat but not enough for the release. I think Suge’s wanting this release to be similar to Snoops, where he is well known before the release. Maybe he should re-hire david kenner and get Crooked to do something violent before the release.
