i know where you're coming from but i really don't think he was. afro-centrist definitely but we're talking about a dude who clicked with dudes from very different horizons. dude was a fan of Jim Carrey, was best friends with Mickey Rourke, dedicated a song to Biggy Smallz who was a caucasian rapper and there are pics of him chillin' with Robbie Williams lol. spice 1 was also talking about a time when he visited pac on the set of gang related and they were having good times with Jim Belusci. also on the Arsenio show he explained how he appreciated the fact that the white crew from Above the Rim showed him love compared to most black directors who were looking down on him.

He was also a wannabe gang banger, and too much of a hot head to go progress to the massive lengths most on here predicted he would have went. He may have went on to do some decent movies with bigger roles, however for a lot of companies he was a liability (Interscope for instance, when he was incarcerated) and after the Vegas incident, I couldn't see too many people taking on his poetic, and philosophical talents to a higher platform

I wonder how the Vegas incident would have played out, had pac not been shot... I doubt anything would have came of the incident... But it was clear he was going back to Prison regardless the next week had he lived...  4 years so we would have had Pac fresh out of Jail in 00...  I wonder how things might have been..

As mentioned before, I think some of it would have depended on his relationship with Suge and with Dre. If it is true that he was trying to leave DR then maybe...Even then however, he would have had to patch things up with Dre and even though Dre forgave RBX and some others who dissed him in the past, I don't know if he could or would have forgiven Pac and even if Pac wanted to work with Em, i can't see Em going against Dre's wished on this..Pac went hard at Dre.

Don't agree with the "no Pac, no Em nor D12 comment. Where is the logic in that statement??  I'll give u credit with the no Em so no D12 part though. Em like Snoop, Pac and other rap icons was going to rise to the top regardless cause of his skill and talent. How was Pac was not going to stop that?? Funny how people want to give Pac soooo much power.
