lmao this debate gets so dated. of course he's no different, you really thought a 21 year old Daz could single-handedly be responsible for musical gems like 21 Jumpstreet or One More Day? producing never meant you had to play the instruments, some do it all (like Khayree, K-Lou, Ryan leslie, Terrace Martin and i'm sure they use other musicians for instruments they can't play) but that's because they're also musicians. most producers (at least in the region where they make "musical rap" ie the South & West) use musicians to make their shit bang (Jazze Pha, Warren G, Mannie Fresh, DJ Quik, Dr Dre, Prode'je, T-Mix, Ant Banks)

Concerning Daz's beats on MWTC I believe Dre may have "touched a few things" while mixing the record but maybe he did consider that his credit as "musical supervisor" was enough or maybe Suge backed Daz's credit like he backed the Pound for Dogg Food. remember Snoop said that Suge wanted Snoop to take the producer credit for Who Got Some Gangsta Shit so Suge had a say in the final credit. In Sam Sneed's interview I think he said that he came to Dre asking questions about his publishing and credit not being mentioned for some tracks and Dre said that Suge was the one taking care of all that.
