Game to Drop New Mixtape Before Releasing "R.E.D. Album"

Game announced that he and Mars of 1500 Or Nothin' will drop a new mixtape before "R.E.D." hits shelves in August.

Even though it's taken him longer than he expected to release his The R.E.D. Album, Game has been keeping his fans in no short supply of new music this year. Now, Game is teaming up with producer Mars of 1500 Or Nothin' to release his third mixtape of 2011.

Last night, Game took to Twitter to announce that he and Mars would join forces for a new mixtape, slated to be released before his long-awaited The R.E.D. Album's August 23 release date. Then, earlier today, Mars followed suit, revealing that the tape, titled Hood Mornin', will hit the Internet on August 1.

The mixtape is dropping on August 1st and is called "Hood Mornin (No Typo)"

With Mars on the beats (& hooks) its probably gonna be better than the actual album.

It's a mixtape... of course it's gonna have tags, but hopefully they release an untagged version shortly after.
One reason I don't fuck with most mixtapes is cuz of the annoying tags...

Here is an update for you guys in addition to "Hood Morning (No Typo)" dropping on August 1st, tomorrow DJ Kris-Stylez/DJ LGee/DJ Junior are going to drop a new Game mixtape as well. This tells me that DJ Kris-Stlyez wont be hosting the Mars produced tape which is a good thing cause he sucks as a mixtape DJ. Not sure what the tape will be of tomorrow but it is not the Mars produced tape, thats for sure. Hopefully it wont be recycled songs either.

To me it depends on what is on the tape. If there are some tracks I dont have I will keep it but if its all recycled shit or the stuff that has recently come out I dont need the tape. This tape is supposed to have 3 DJs hosting it so Im expecting tags all over it. Though I am looking forward to "Hood Morning (No Typo)" that tape is all original production by Mars so that one will be a keeper for sure.

Thats why he is the KING OF THE WEST COAST!!.. He is the best rapper ON THE WEST HANDS DOWN!!!..and yall act like the tags are bad.. The tags are only in the beggning of each track it really ain't that bad or annoying!! Im sure Game will drop a banger..

PS= im still bumpin IM THE KING REMIX. and i be smoking.. lalalalalalala...
