I caught the very end of it... damn... not that it surprises me, but Lil Wayne was fucking wack.  Dude should be burying himself musically anytime now to the point where people stop bumping him.

Quick recap... he performed that song of his (is it called How to Love?), but even his mic was autotuned, then he performed some other song with a live rock band along the lines of that "Iron Man" song.  Dude was wearing those emo tight jeans, then toward the end he put on a guitar and was fake strumming (since he wasn't really playing).  I wonder if Game and Jay Rock co-sign on all that weird ass shit.

For real.  That's what I don't get... dude is hollering Blood this and Blood that but rocking homo ass shit like that, but all the industry Bloods are still riding with him.  Someone needs to check him... if not for being a phony then at least for being a weirdo.  If Lil Wayne was 18, I'd understand just because that's the trend, but when you are the star (and essentially a trendsetter) and 28 years old (or however old he is) and have any self respect, you wouldn't be dressing like that.

I'm with UNTOUCHABLE, I grew up in a different era. I haven't watched an award show in years and probably won't for the rest of my life.
I miss the good old days when snoop, jermaine dupri, diddy and bad boy, the entire def jam, aaliyah, lil kim, timbaland, tlc, jay-z and bleek, etc etc etc were the stars of those shows. I'm not watching bruno mars and lady gaga regardless of how good their music is.

Most entertaining part of the show was the pre-show when Rick Ross and his camp encountered Kreyshawn's camp. They advertised Lady Gaga's performace would make history; it only made me change the channel 30 seconds in.

They really needed a host though. I guess Chelsea Handler bombed so badly last year they decided it to try a host-less show.
