UPDATE: For my Dion interview, I'm going to go back in and re-do it. It came out shotty due to me being unprepared. I haven't done my one with Chocolate yet, but I had a great phone call with him last week. So, if you have any questions, please feel free to submit them!

A little bit of history:

Erotic D
was one of the founding pioneers of the legendary Death Row sound. He was part of Future Shock, Funky Enough, as well as the infamous Death Row Records - alongside Chocolate, Paradise, Penthouse Playaz Click, DJ Quik, and others. He was instrumental to helping Dr. Dre form his sound as well as D.O.C. In 1996, he produced D.O.C.'s horrorcore filled sophomore LP "Helter Skelter", which went gold under GIANT/Warner. A few years later, when D.O.C. re-united with Dre, he worked with him again as well helping D.O.C. bring new talents to the table such as El Dorado (Hoe's A Housewife), Six-2, Up-Tight (Big Egos), Cadillac Seville, and others. A few years later, they released a compilation entitled Deuce which featured acts such as Jazzy Pha, Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, etc. However, this compilation caused a fall out with D.O.C. So, Erotic D returned home and began working on his own label E-World Entertainment and released two albums, one by Six 2 "Affiliated", the other being his own debut "The Black Bruce Willis". Soon after that, he was incarcerated, but he was released this year and is prepping two albums as well as material from the vaults.

Up-Tight was the penman behind the song Big Ego's by Dr. Dre. He has worked on the album Deuce as well as the infamous yet to be released Detox record. He is currently working on a new single.

Yes i would say it did. Cause it was a worldwide hit album. Was in every record/cd store here in Australia at the time it was released (mid 90's) when the internet wasnt around. So, ya know if ya album is being sold worldwide and in stores all over the world back in them days it WAS an actual hit (no internet etc to promote/sell or what not unlike these days).

All my songs with Kokane, Ms. Toi, Mac Shawn100, Top Dogg etc on iTunes. & Amazon.
Kokane & Clint Dogg - International Gangxtas, OUT NOW!...

Ask Up-Tight if he wrote the whole "Big Ego's" song or Dre's verse? Did he wrote anythin' else for Dr. Dre?

Yeah, he wrote Hoe's A Housewife and possibly a few others. He was bouncing between Death Row and Aftermath for a little while.

My friend and I used to listen to the cassette version that we bought all the time. One of my favorite slept on albums of all time 8)
