Dre has integrity that other artists in the game don't have. He's not like Master P and gonna sell out or release another album every week just cause he's a big name like P did in 98. Or the way Puffy was selling himself just cause he had a big name.
So unless Detox is classic and gonna blow up, he's not putting it out.And because of that, Dre has always maintained his integrity, respect and reputation. ^no, it just shows that the old geezer has low selfesteem and is insecure in 2011
Dre doesn't decide if something is s classic , the public does. So if he never puts anything out how is he going to know if its a classic or trendsetting
Dre hasnīt produced a hit record for yeeeaaars, yet releases plenty of mediocre/ shitty beats. So you theory about his so called quality control goes right out the window.

That sounds like a cheat shot at Master P and it sounds like you're trying to hate on his well known success. And as far as Diddy is concerned, he's in a whole entire lane to himself. P and Diddy might be alike but them and that nigga Dre ain't shit alike. And matter of fact while I'm on it. I haven't heard "The Black Bill Gates" or anything after that (i think it's only like 1 more anyway, this 1) so I can't say if it was weak or not but P gets a pass off jump so it doesn't matter if it was a flop or not. And Diddy is Diddy when it comes to music. He makes Music that's Mainstream becuz he's evolved as a businessman and an artist and has 9 figures to blow if he wanted to so your bitching is irrelevant. I fucks with you son but you seem a little confused. No Limit was the shit before they reached Tha SWA'z (Suburban White America) in the late 90's. P didn't even need/want that market. Hence why you haven't really heard shit since then other than from Cory Miller. I'm not tryna go on u but i think u need to put your Dr. Dre Teddy Bear down and go outside to play. It's not all that and all good but there's a lot of good music being made. My generation of Hip Hop are like the children of Vietnam and WWII Veterans when they were young but it's not the 1900's anymore and shit swang a little diff'int.

Well, not big "hit" singles but still the shit sold really well.
