Who is "The Voice" of the west?

Who do you think is the voice of westcoast hip hop?

By this i mean who's voice do you hear on a track and you automatically think westcoast, like the voice represents westcoast hip hop?

For me i think it has to be Nate Dogg, no matter what track i hear with him on i always think wescoast, g-funk etc!!
