Why? Just because he's intelligent enough to write such a brilliant composition doesn't mean he can't be an idiot outside of the booth. Nas is extremely smart but he can't stop taking L's from his baby mommas. Mack 10 is dope as fuck on the mic but in his interviews he sounds like he rode the short bus to the studio. I still check for him now and again. But the lyrical beast that was Ras of 94-96 is well and truly gone.
