why they are sitting on it for 12 years makes no sense to me when the music industry is dying

It was Snoop's set that happens to get a lot of media attention, not Dre's.

It took 14 years for Chinese Democracy to come out. There's a 20% chance that Detox will take longer than that. There's an 80% chance that it is never coming out.

Sad but i really dont think were gonna hear it, or else we would have by now imo (fuckin sucks!!! lol). Remember the last track on encore back in 04 ems like, "were gonna make dre do it", thats almost a decade ago now, bummer they werent able to make dre do it LOL

Dre is waiting for you to stop talking about Detox. He believes the hype will overshadow the music no matter how good it is, so he's waiting for the hype to go down before he springs it on you. Lets do our part by not making Detox threads anymore.
