Yeah man, that shit brings back mad memories from high school for me lol. I liked LAX more than a lot of people did, but DA was definitely his last great album.

I looked at some shit from LAX too. It had some bangers, but easily a couple steps down from DA.

DA was amazing though.

Yeah, Game was never a great lyricist, but he always had great production and a good flow/voice/delivery, he could do more with less so to speak. Guess it couldn't last forever. Lol I didn't even re-listen to RED.

RED doesn't even deserve discussion lol.

red album and lax  just lacked some direction. Definitely some dope tracks but nothing compares to the way Doctors Advocate flowed. Straight west coasting. The Documentary as well.

Let us live knocks, dont care if he sounds like nas

"yo im fresh out of jail you should of knew i was back, turn on the radio its a wrap!"
^ always thought that was dope for some reason lol

He just lost his mainstream card on the last album. Game's name was still buzzing big with LAX.

It actually followed a format, very similar to the Documentary. Pretty much the same producers, guests he had more west coast appearances but even the sound was more "west". That was really overall a pretty dope year for the west as far as releases (2006). But yeah I agree with everything Cham said. LAX was nice too but RED is all over the place.

His 1st two albums are great because it has a cohesive sound while his last two are you average mainstream compilation ...

But at least LAX had some good songs, I still bump tracks from that from time to time. RED was just garbage all around minus a song or two.

The album flows smooth front to back. Great album indeed.

Ricky, The City, and Born in the Trap fuck with anything off LAX. That said, the wack songs on it are pretty wack.

Game, to me, is the most average rapper of all time..
