it should be good, but Kendrick doesnt need Dre to make a good album.  Section 80 and OD are 2 of my personal favs and Dre had no involvement in these whatsoever.  If anything, I would be worried that Aftermath/Interscope would take away creative control from an artist like Kendrick, who is very creative on his own and makes songs out of the box.
