I think it's nice and it bangs out well but at the same time it's pretty average.

The beat was so dope that I feel this was Eiht's chance to spit his best bars since '94 and he half-assed it a little instead IMHO.

He sounds pretty ABC 123 following on from Kendrick but I guess they're very different rappers stylistically

He did better than a Warren G feature would

i have a good damn feeling mc eiht was featured because of that compton compilation that naurdwar gave to him in his interview. seemed like dude hardly had half the knowledge us westcoast nerds have.

Eiht sounded great, he was never a lyrical dude like that anyway he always just had a smooth flow/delivery

It's the best part of the album for me.
"Detox" is a myth -- Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, Area 51, Iraq having WMD, Detox...you get it now?  It was invented by the Aftermath marketing department to maintain the fans' attention.  Notice how everytime a new Aftermath album is ready to come out, they always mention Detox is next up?  Because they are using the invention of "Detox" as a way to market other albums.  The sooner you realize that Detox is NOT REAL, the sooner you'll feel liberated.  Oh yeah, f.u. Aftermath for fooling us fans.

I liked Eiht's verse. A nice relief from the pure fire that K.Dot was spitting all over that joint. Seriously, those Kendrick verses....that's GOAT material right there. That last verse with the voice effects and the beat breakdown and THAT wicked can't-fuck-with-this flow?? Game over, son.

I liked his verse a lot and always anticipate it when I listen to the album.  It suits the beat since it's a throwback to the gangsta rap of old, which of course Eiht was involved with.

Yea, dude was great addition to the song, brought that classic ol school westcoast gangsta rap dimension.

I dont think it meshed well with Kdot's style but in Eiht's defense he has to be at least 45 well past his prime lol
