i'm the only one who think Eiht sound tired or something wierd in this track?!?!

I dont think it meshed well with Kdot's style but in Eiht's defense he has to be at least 45 well past his prime lol

Some rappers get better with age: DJ Quik, E-40, B-Legit....

Some rappers, like Eiht, don't.

I think Eiht did what he was supposed to do. The beat changed up (had an almost "Growin' Up In The Hood" kinda feel, almost) and he kicked that old school gangsta shit. I'm glad he didn't come off spittin' like crazy and trying to hang with Kendrick's flow, that's not Eiht and it's not what I wanted to hear. I think he could have put a little more energy behind his delivery because the beat has a lot of energy (maybe that's what you guys are talking about) but his flow and lyrical content is on point with what MC Eiht has been doing for years and I'm cool with that.

Now what I want is for Eiht to finally release his album, he's getting a nice buzz off this track so I can't think of a better time for Eiht to drop that shit! Any news on when his album's coming out? I didn't miss it did I? ;D

Has eight ever been better than this tho? He always drops tight, well crafted verses IMO but I've never heard him go beyond that

Best guest verse on a hyped album, i like how eiht comes in his simple ass gangsta flow with gritty ass content, he´s doing what he supposed to do not like gay ass dre.

His verse was good, but Kendrick outshined him. There's no doubt about it.
