She could sing, but her album wasn't that good. However i think the main problem is that Dre doesn't really know how to break new artists in anymore, i think he thinks that if he puts his name with an artist then it will sell which just isn't true anymore, you have to work hard at getting your name out by making guest appearances on as many records as possible (and preferably with a popular artist, and one small guest appearance a year before your release isn't quite enough) and do lots of touring. I mean how many people had heard of Truth Hurts before Addictive? about 1% of Rap/R&B fans, which isn't enough.

she should still be there...the last interview she had, they said she was recording again....and they are just all setting up for  50 cent,  rakim, and dr. dre cd, then a tour.......so  i doubt she would want to leave knowing she maybe able to get on those records...she was just on jay z.....but she has potential....just need to use samples that are cleared!!!!!!

the sample clearing had nothing to do with her sorry sales. it wasn't sell out enought to become pop and it wasn't hard ebough for the people the advertizing was aimed at... they kept saying we were going to hear TRUE r & b, and this was just a little better than pop R & B.

her cd was just taken off the shelves not even a month ago, if she didn't go gold (don't honestly know if she did) by now, she never would have.
