hammer for sure. and in terms of legendary status and contribution to the game, Hammer as well. it's funny how people still make fun of Hammer to this day but dude is reverred and respected by the most legendary rappers.

yeah i was gonna say this. but he didn't produce much for Vanilla Ice, while Hammer had an album worth of music produced by Felton Pilate (Confunkshun).
